The litre of water generated by Ray Agua’s equipment ranges from 1 to 3 euro cents, depending on the cost of energy, which varies according to the geographical area and electricity consumption rates. The price per litre already includes the amortisation and maintenance costs of the equipment.
If I have an out-of-warranty fault, who can repair my machine?

How to switch the machine on?
It is very easy to set up and operate.
All you have to do is flip a switch.
How complicated is its maintenance?
MAYAQWA units are maintenance-free. However, it is recommended to consult the preventive maintenance manual in order to keep them in optimum working order.
What are the guarantees?
The guarantee covers the holder for the repair of material or manufacturing defects of equipment installed in the EU for a period of 12 months.
This warranty may be extended under contract.
How long does it take to serve it?
Depending on stock, some equipment is available for immediate delivery.
If the order is specific and the customer wants to customise the machine, delivery can take between two and six months.
